There are two different screen size(1.5 inch, 1.54 inch) for SJ5000 Plus, firmware is different, please check carefully before you upgrade the firmware.

If you camera firmware version is before V2.4, it is 1.5 inch LCD screen version.

Notice:

If you upgraded the 1.5 inch LCD Screen Firmware for camera with 1.54 inch LCD Screen, it will cause white screen, please follow below instructions to upgrade the firmware:

1. Download the V2.4 or V2.5 firmware for 1.54 inch LCD screen version

2. Connect the camera with TV via HDMI cable

3. Display info will show on TV, follow below instructions to upgrade the firmware.
